By using this custom footwear service, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not accept these terms and conditions, you must not use this service.


2. Service Description

This service allows users to create a custom shoe, selecting from a variety of material options, colors, styles and features to fit their needs and preferences. The shoes are made to order and you can pick them up in the store
or receive it at the indicated address with an additional shipping cost.

If any material is not available, we will inform you as soon as possible and offer you alternatives so that you can personalize your footwear to your liking.

You can also count on the advice of our team of experts to help you choose the best options for your order.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

The contents of the Service, including footwear designs, are protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, modify, transmit, create derivative works or in any way exploit the content of the service without the prior written consent of the service provider.

4. Orders and Payments

To place an order, the user must enter the zameta.cl page, select the characteristics of the footwear that they wish to customize and make full payment for it through the payment methods available on the website or store.

The price of personalized footwear will depend on the characteristics selected by the user.

The user must verify that the information provided for the order is correct before making payment.

Once the order is placed, the service provider will send a confirmation email to the user with the order details within 24 hours.

5. Manufacturing and Shipping

The manufacturing time of personalized footwear will depend on the characteristics selected by the user.

The service provider undertakes to send the personalized footwear to the store or to the address indicated by the user within 31 business days.

The shipping cost will be borne by the user.

The service provider is not responsible for shipping delays caused by external factors, such as strikes, address errors on the part of the customer, adverse weather conditions or errors on the part of the transport company.

6. Guarantee

In Chile, the relationship between providers of goods or services and consumers is regulated by Law No. 19,496 on the protection of consumer rights.

Based on this law, all products sold through our website have a legal guarantee for the customer of 6 months, in case your product(s) are not the ones you purchased or have had factory defects, either defective parts or missing parts. These months are from the receipt of the product by the customer.

As described above, this legal guarantee will apply only in cases where the customer receives something different from what they purchased or the product has manufacturing defects, the latter are specifically framed in the following situations:

The Legal guarantee does not cover deterioration due to an event attributable to the consumer or for other reasons attributable to personal tastes or appreciations of the client, these situations may be the following:

In this case you can choose between two alternatives, requesting an exchange of the product (after checking stock availability) or a refund (only the money paid for the product, the shipping initially paid is not refundable). If an exchange is preferred and there is no replacement of this product, the customer must choose a product for the same value or, failing that, a refund of their money. If there is a price difference in favor of ZAMETA as a result of the change, this must be paid by the client. In the event that there is a price difference in favor of the customer, the customer must add another product until the total of the initial purchase is complete. If adding another product exceeds the value of the product to be exchanged, the customer must pay the difference.

ZAMETA will bear the costs of shipping the product from the client to its facilities. This applies to cases of manufacturing defects, shipping errors by the supplier, such as errors in the size or color of the product.

If the customer chooses the exchange option, the cost of shipping the product from ZAMETA facilities to the customer will be borne by the customer. The supplier will provide the customer with different shipping options so that they can choose the one that best suits their needs. The customer must pay the shipping cost chosen by the shipping company before the exchange product can be sent.

In the event of a refund of money by ZAMETA to the client, this will be made 5 to 10 business days from the acceptance and confirmation of this return.

7. Limitation of Liability


The service provider is not responsible for damages or losses caused by the use of personalized footwear.

The service provider is not responsible for errors in the selection of the characteristics of the footwear (size, color, model, among others) by the user.

The service provider is not responsible for shipping costs or errors in addresses provided by the customer.

8. Compensation


You agree to indemnify and hold the Service Provider, its affiliates, officers, employees and agents harmless from and against any damages, losses, liabilities, costs and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service. .


9. General Provisions


These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Chile.

Any dispute arising out of or related to these terms and conditions will be resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Santiago Chamber of Commerce.

The service provider may modify these terms and conditions at any time. The most recent version of the terms and conditions will be available on the service provider's website. It is important that you review the terms and conditions regularly to ensure you are aware of any changes.

These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and the service provider with respect to the service and supersede all prior communications, representations or agreements.
